No Returns & Exchanges
but please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 30 days of purchase.
Processing Time
As a current one-woman team, I aim to ship all items within 10 business days. When you receive your initial email, that's an indication that your order is being prepped for shipment. I make everything by hand and am not a manufacturer, so please allow time for your order to be fulfilled to reduce order error.
My optimal goal is to beat my current processing time frame, but I certainly appreciate your understanding as Pink MahogHany continues to grow, expand and prepare to employ more hands.
Estimated shipping times
The Pink MahogHany studio is closed Saturday (with the exception of scheduled bespoke client appointments), Sunday and Monday.

Orders placed from Sun-Wed are usually shipped by Thursday or Friday of the following week, unless we incur a surge of customer activity (which we are in the middle of right now.)

Trust that you will receive tracking updates as they are available, and it is perfectly normal to have a delay between your initial confirmation email and the subsequent processing email. I am just as excited as you for your fragrant courtship!
